OKONOMIYAKI (お好み焼き)
Okonomiyaki is a pan-fried batter cake made of flour, grated yams, eggs, ginger, shredded cabbage, dried shrimp and squid, as well as your choice of topping. This okonomi-yaki is cooked Osaka-style.
Enjoy it with okonomiyaki-style barbecue sauce, dried seaweed flakes, mayonnaise, and/or dried fish flakes.

MONJAYAKI (もんじゃ焼き)
Monjayaki is a Shitamachi (Old Tokyo) local food. It shares many ingredients with okonomiyaki but has a lighter, softer texture much like melted cheese.
Enjoy it straight from the grill with special spatulas. Top it with sauce, dried seaweed flakes, and/or dried fish flakes.
